Wellness Transformation

You are paired with a Wellness Coordinator who meets you where you are, understands your journey, and builds a way forward with you.

Samareh Jones

How it works

Three steps, and a person beside you.

  1. You are paired with a coordinator

Your Wellness Coordinator is your one constant. You get to know each other, and they hold the whole of your care.

  2. Together you find where you are

No assumptions, no script. You look honestly at where you are and what you want, and they listen for what is underneath.

  3. You build a path forward

A plan that is yours, drawing on the full circle of practitioners here, with a person beside you as it unfolds.

What it costs

Start with a conversation. Go on from there.

  • A single session

    $180 one time

One 90-minute session with your coordinator.

    • Ninety minutes, one to one.
    • A written next step, in your hands the same day.
    • A warm introduction to a practitioner here, if one fits what you need.

No commitment, and no obligation afterwards.

For one honest conversation and a direction, rather than a program.

  • The First Four

    Most people start here

    $640 one time

    $160 a session

Four 90-minute sessions, at your own pace, within six months.

    • Where you are: the honest look, with nothing decided yet.
    • The path: a written plan, and who holds each part of it.
    • The adjustment: what is working, what is not, what changes.
    • The integration: what you carry on with, and what you keep.
    • Introductions to the practitioners the plan calls for, with your first booking made for you.

Saves $80 against four single sessions. Unused sessions expire after six months.

For a real beginning with an end you can see.

  • Ongoing

    $540 a month

    about $135 a session

A session every week, and a person you can reach between them.

    • A session every week, at the same time, held for you.
    • Reach her by message between sessions. She answers within a day on weekdays.
    • She books your practitioners for you, so you are not chasing calendars.
    • Your written path, revisited every month.

Month to month. Cancel any time before the next month starts, and the sessions you have paid for stay yours.

For when this is not a fix, but how you want to live.

Sessions with the other practitioners here are priced by them, and run $20 to $250 depending on the practitioner and the work. You pay them directly, and those figures are separate from everything above.

This is the guided path, with one person holding the whole of it. If you would rather choose your own sessions and practices, they are all in the offerings, and you can browse the practitioners directly.

Your coordinator

Samareh Jones, Reiki Master

Samareh Jones comes from a lineage of women with strong intuitive gifts. Born in Israel to Iranian parents and raised in a Baha'i household, she grew up with a felt sense of the sacred and a closeness to the Creator that has never left her. Her family settled in Waterloo Region in the 1990s, and it has been her home ever since.

Before she came to this work full time, Samareh spent more than twenty years in theatre, arts, and culture. That life taught her how to hold a room, how to listen for what is underneath what people say, and how to make a space feel safe enough that someone can finally let their shoulders down. She still gives much of herself to this community, on the board of Green Light Arts and through her work with the region's Pride community and the arts.

Through her practice, Glow Reiki Therapy, Samareh guides people toward physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony. She works in person and at a distance, because, as she puts it, energy is not confined by time and space. A session with her is unhurried and without pressure. You might feel warmth, a tingling, a deep calm. You might feel nothing at all and simply rest. There is no right way to receive it. She holds the space, and something settles.

As your Wellness Coordinator, Samareh is the person who meets you at the beginning. She listens for where you actually are, not where you think you should be, and works with you to shape a path forward that fits your life. She draws on her own healing practice and on the full circle of practitioners here, so the plan is yours and the support is real. You are not alone in this, she says often, and means it.

Away from the work, you will find her on the trails with her German Shepherd, or somewhere close to live music.

  • Founder of Glow Reiki Therapy
  • In-person and distance energy healing
  • Intuitive and oracle guidance

Questions people ask

The things worth knowing first.

What does a Wellness Coordinator actually do?

Your Wellness Coordinator is your one constant. They meet you where you are, listen for what is underneath what you say, and shape a plan that fits your life, drawing on reiki, bodywork, movement, breath, and the other practitioners here. They stay beside you as the plan unfolds, so you are never sorting it out alone.

What is included, and what does it cost?

There are three ways in, and each is the same 90-minute session with the same coordinator. A single session is $180. The First Four is $640 for four sessions taken at your own pace within six months. Ongoing is $540 a month for a session every week, plus access to her in between. Sessions with the other practitioners here are priced by them and paid to them directly.

Why does ongoing cost less per session than the four-session package?

Because they are different commitments. The First Four is four sessions taken whenever suits you inside six months, with nothing owed afterwards. Ongoing is a standing weekly hour and a person you can reach in between, renewing each month until you stop it. A recurring commitment earns a lower rate. That is the whole of why the figures differ.

Do I need to know what I want before I start?

No. Most people arrive knowing only that something needs to change, and figuring out the what is the first thing you and your coordinator do together. There is no assumption and no script. You look honestly at where you are, and the path takes shape from there, at your pace.

Is this a medical or therapy program?

No. This is a wellness program, not medical or mental health treatment, and your coordinator is a guide, not a doctor or therapist. Many people come carrying stress or burnout and find real support here, offered alongside their own care team, never instead of it. If you need medical or psychological care, please keep those practitioners in your corner too.

How do I begin?

You tell us a little about where you are, through the form on this page. Your coordinator reads it herself and comes back to you, so the first thing that happens is a person rather than a checkout. From there you and she agree which rung fits, and she arranges the first session.
