What is a wellness coordinator
A wellness coordinator is the one person who stays with you across our network, listens for what sits underneath, and builds a path from the practitioners here.
A wellness coordinator is the person who stays with you the whole way through. A network like ours brings a lot together, yoga and meditation, breathwork and sound, bodywork and contrast therapy and the quieter contemplative work, and it is easy to wander among all of it without ever quite finding your footing. The coordinator is the answer to that. This guide explains what the role actually is, how it differs from a doctor or a therapist, and how it fits inside our Wellness Transformation program.
What does a wellness coordinator actually do?
Your coordinator is your one constant here, the person who knows your name and your history and what you are genuinely here for, so you never have to explain yourself from scratch again. Instead of a scattered handful of bookings that never quite add up, you have someone holding the overview. They see the whole arc of your time with us, notice when a practice is working and when it is not, and keep the bigger picture in view while you are down in the detail of an ordinary week.
Practically, that means they listen first and plan second. You talk, they pay attention, and together you decide what a sensible first step looks like. They point you toward the practitioners and practices that fit, check in on how it is going, and adjust the path as you change. They are not there to sell you a package or steer you toward the busiest room. They are there to hold the overview, so that your time here adds up to something rather than scattering across a dozen half-tried things.
How is a coordinator different from a doctor or a therapist?
This is the most important line to be clear about, and we hold it firmly. A wellness coordinator is a guide, not a clinician. They do not diagnose, they do not treat, and they do not provide therapy or medical care. What they offer is orientation and companionship through a set of wellness practices, the way a thoughtful friend who happened to know the whole building might walk beside you. If something you are carrying calls for medical or mental health care, they will say so plainly and encourage you to keep your own care team close.
That boundary is not a limitation to apologise for; it is the honest shape of the work. Everything here sits beside your own healthcare and never in place of it. A coordinator can help you build a steadying rhythm, find rest you have been missing, and feel less alone in the job of looking after yourself. They cannot and will not replace the professionals who treat illness, and they would never pretend otherwise. Held in that honest frame, the role does something genuinely useful that no single class or session can do on its own.
What does the coordinator listen for?
Most people arrive able to name a surface want: better sleep, less tension, a calmer head, a bit more room in a crowded life. A good coordinator hears that and also listens for what sits underneath it. The tiredness that is really grief. The restlessness that is really a change no one has named yet. The tight shoulders that have been quietly carrying a hard year. None of this is therapy, and a coordinator does not go digging where they are not qualified to dig. But paying attention to the whole person, rather than the first complaint, is what lets them suggest a path that actually meets you where you are.
That listening is why the work starts with a conversation rather than a booking. Before anything is scheduled, you sit down together and talk about where you are and what you are hoping for. From there the coordinator sketches something realistic, a first practice or two, a gentle order to try them in, a rhythm that fits the week you actually have rather than an ideal one you do not. Nothing is fixed in stone. As you go, what you learn about yourself changes the plan, and the coordinator changes it alongside you.
What is the Wellness Transformation program?
The coordinator role is the heart of our Wellness Transformation program, our one-to-one path for people who want a guide rather than a drop-in habit. It is built around the relationship with your coordinator, someone who holds your overview, draws on the full circle of practitioners here, and walks the whole arc with you instead of handing you a schedule and stepping back. It suits people who are ready to work on more than one thing at once, or who simply do better with a steady person beside them.
You can take the program three ways, and the rate per session falls as the commitment rises. There is a single session, on its own, with nothing owed afterwards. There is a block of four, used at whatever pace suits you within six months. And there is a standing weekly hour, with your coordinator reachable by message in between and booking your other practitioners for you. The last of those costs least per session, because it renews every month until you stop it, which is a different commitment from buying four and being done. The current figure for each one is on the Wellness Transformation page, which is where they are kept up to date.
Everything else, class and session pricing, comes from each practitioner and is paid to them. And it begins the way all of this does, with a conversation and not a checkout. You tell us where you are, through the form on the program page, and your coordinator reads it herself and comes back to you. We make sure it is genuinely the right fit before anything starts.
Is the coordinator program right for me?
It is worth considering if you want more than a scattered handful of classes and would rather have a single person who knows your whole picture. People who thrive with it tend to be at a threshold of some kind, a big change, a hard season, a decision to finally look after themselves properly, and they want company and a plan more than they want a menu. If you already know exactly what you want and just need to book a weekly sit, you may not need a coordinator at all, and we will happily tell you so.
If you are unsure, say so when you write to us and we will settle it quickly. We would far rather point you toward a simple drop-in that fits than enrol you in something you do not need. The coordinator relationship is a real commitment of trust on both sides, and it only works when it is genuinely the right shape for where you are. Come and talk to us, tell us honestly what you are looking for, and we will help you find the door that fits, whether or not it turns out to be this one.

Join the founding listQuestions people ask
- Is a wellness coordinator a medical professional?
- No. A wellness coordinator is a guide, not a doctor, nurse, or therapist. They do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health care, and everything they help you with sits beside your own healthcare rather than in place of it. If something needs clinical attention, they will say so plainly and point you toward the right professional.
- How much does the Wellness Transformation program cost?
- There are three ways to take it, and each is the same 90-minute session with the same person. You can book a single session, buy four to use at your own pace within six months, or hold a standing weekly hour with access to her in between. The rate per session falls as the commitment rises. Current figures for all three are on the Wellness Transformation page. Whichever you pick, you begin by telling us where you are and your coordinator comes back to you. Class and session pricing come from each practitioner.
- Do I have to pay before I can start?
- No. Everything starts with a conversation, not a checkout. You sit down with us, talk about where you are and what you are hoping for, and we make sure the program is genuinely the right fit before anything is scheduled or paid for. If it is not right for you, we will say so and point you somewhere simpler.
- What if I only want to drop in to classes?
- Then you may not need a coordinator at all, and that is a perfectly good answer. The coordinator program is for people who want a steady guide and a path across several practices, not for everyone. If a weekly class is all you are after, come for that. We would rather see you in the right room than enrolled in more than you need.
- Can a coordinator help me through something hard?
- They can walk beside you and help you build steadiness, rest, and a rhythm that supports you, and that companionship matters in a heavy season. What they cannot do is provide therapy or treat a condition. If you are struggling, they will encourage you to keep a doctor or a mental health professional in the picture, and help you look after yourself alongside that care.
